Cronulla RSL Champions ZERO600 Challenge to Combat Veteran Suicide

Cronulla, Australia – Each month, Australia faces the heartbreaking loss of six veterans to suicide. To raise awareness and funds to address this issue, Cronulla RSL proudly supports the ZERO600 Challenge by Invictus Australia. From 1st to 6th June 2024, we invite the community to join us in early morning activities to honor our veterans.

In collaboration with Strava Sharks, we will host a community run on Sunday, 2nd June at 5:55am, starting at ‘The Alley’ in Cronulla. This free, 6km social-paced run along the Esplanade symbolizes the six veterans lost each month. Embrace the challenge and help us move from darkness into light, supporting vital programs for veterans and their families.

Youth Climate & Biodiversity Forum

This full day event was facilitated by volunteers from UN Youth NSW and attracted 53 students and their teachers from 7 Sutherland Shire high schools, and 1 guest high school from Georges River council.
