Cronulla RSL Funds Mathletics Program for Year 7 Students
At Cronulla RSL, we believe in supporting initiatives that make a meaningful difference in the lives of local students. That’s why we’re proud to have provided funding to St Aloysius Catholic College to help them purchase the Mathletics program, an interactive online resource that’s enriching the learning experience for Year 7 students.
Mathletics is more than just a tool for learning; it’s an engaging, personalised program that meets students at their level and motivates them to improve their mathematics skills. The program not only supports students who may struggle with maths but also provides extension activities for those ready for more advanced challenges. By aligning with the Australian Curriculum, it ensures that every student has the opportunity to succeed and grow.

We are thrilled that our funding is helping to make this valuable resource accessible to 90 Year 7 students at St Aloysius. The program provides immediate feedback, helping students learn from their mistakes, and allows teachers to track progress and tailor lessons to the needs of each student.
Lynne Slater, Leader of Learning at St Aloysius, expressed her gratitude, saying, “We are extremely grateful to Cronulla RSL for providing funds that have allowed us to purchase the Mathletics program. This resource provides support and enrichment for all Year 7 students, meeting them at their level of need. It is interactive, self-correcting, and motivates the students to learn Mathematics."
