Books In Lieu of Wreaths

Cronulla RSL Sub-Branch is once again seeking support for their “Books in Lieu of Wreaths” program as part of the 2025 ANZAC Day Dawn Service (see letter).

This initiative, running for over 25 years, offers a meaningful alternative to laying a wreath by donating books to local schools instead. Through this program, businesses, community groups, and individuals can honor the ANZAC spirit while making a lasting impact on education.

How Your Organisation Can Get Involved:
- Make a donation online via credit card or request to pay via EFT/Cheque.
-  Receive a personalised place card (which can be dedicated in memory of a loved one). Collect your place card from Club Reception by Wednesday, April 16th, 2025.
-  If not collected by Thursday, April 24th, a Sub-Branch member will place it on your behalf.
- During the ANZAC Day Dawn Service, place your card on the memorial as part of the wreath-laying ceremony.

All donations are equally distributed among local schools in the Cronulla RSL Schools Program.

Donation Deadline: Monday, April 14th, 2025

For more information or enquiries, or to pay via EFT/Cheque contact the Cronulla Sub Branch subbranch@cronullarsl.com.au or 02 8582 5040. Or learn more here.

Thank you for your support. Lest we forget.
