Cronulla RSL Celebrates Australia Day 2025: Reflect, Respect, Celebrate

As the major sponsor of Sutherland Shire Council’s Australia Day program, Cronulla RSL is proud to support a series of events that reflect the diverse meanings of this day for our community. This year’s theme, “Reflect, Respect, Celebrate,” guides a four-day program packed with activities for everyone to enjoy, all while fostering connection, understanding, and celebration. Friday 24 January 2025:

Cinema Under the Stars

Kick off the festivities with a fun-filled family evening at Cronulla Park. Enjoy the live energy of the Australian Katy Perry and Taylor Swift Tribute Show before settling in for the premiere of Despicable Me 4 under the stars.

Saturday 25 January 2025:

Sunset Cultural Ceremony

Join us at Burnum Burnum Sanctuary for an evening of reflection and cultural enrichment. Engage in First Nations storytelling, a yarning circle, and browse stalls supporting Indigenous businesses. A delicious BBQ, courtesy of Sutherland Rotary, will round out this meaningful experience.
