Melanoma March celebrates Melanoma Institute Australia’s major annual fundraising campaign. Each Melanoma March brings together melanoma patients, their families, and local communities to raise awareness and funds for research to reach our goal of zero deaths from melanoma.

Cronulla Brick Show
Playwell Events are excited to be hosting our first ever community fundraising event. This event will see us raising money for Skillz4me, a local not-for-profit organization that does amazing work in and around Cronulla.
This event will showcase lots of amazing custom-built LEGO models. With themes ranging from Star Wars to Harry Potter, Marvel to Pokemon, there will be something for everyone.
We will also have lots of interactive LEGO models on display, as well as our popular play tables, where the young, and not so young, can get creative as well.
There will also be opportunities to purchase a wide range of LEGO products on the day from our vendors.

Australia Day Long Weekend 2024

You’re invited to listen and learn about First Nations culture and storytelling at our Sunset Cultural Ceremony. Come along and take part in an evening of reflection: join a yarning circle, support First Nations stallholders and enjoy a delicious Sutherland Rotary BBQ.
Cinema Under the Stars in Cronulla Park on the 25th Jan, movie screening commences at 6.30pm.
Bring your popcorn and picnic rug to watch the film BLUEBACK (PG) as part of our family friendly outdoor cinema experience. Local retailers will be open for food purchases, there will be no food trucks at the event.

Volkswagen SURFMASTERS Cronulla 2023
The Volkswagen Cronulla Surf Masters is set to return to Cronulla Beach the 21st October 2023 for an epic day of competition. The one-day event will see over 100 of NSW’s best shortboarders aged over 28 compete.
The states talent-pool of masters surfers will be showcased. The annual event is highly regarded by former professionals to local grassroots legends who are drawn to the Sutherland Shire to compete each year. There will be five age divisions being contested with the Over-28 Men, Over-35 Men and Women, Over-45 Men and Women, Over-55 Men and Women, and Over-65 Men all competing.
